What is Spinal Flow?
Spinal Flow Technique is a non-invasive, holistic approach to wellness that was created by Dr. Carli Axford. Using gentle touch we connect to the master controller of your body (the Central Nervous System) which helps the body release blockages and increase the flow of life force, taking the body out of Fight/Flight and putting it into Rest & Digest (where healing can take place). Blockages are created by physical, emotional or chemical stress (or all three) which get stored in the spine. Using gentle to touch SFT releases blockage and increases ease in the body leading to greater health and vitality.
WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that promotes balance and relaxation. It is based on the idea that a universal life force energy flows through all living things and that this energy can be harnessed to promote healing and well-being.
Our Services
At Lotus Wellness Center LLC, we offer a variety of services all geared towards helping individuals achieve balance and wellness helping to create their best health possible. Our services include Spinal Flow Technique, Reiki, Bemer, the Vitality Booth+ (halotherapy plus red and near infrared light therapy), as well as classes (hosted offsite) for Essential Oils and Reiki. We also offer distant Reiki sessions for those who are unable to come to our physical location. In addition to our services, we offer some retail items that include wellness jewelry such as:
"My Intent" (What's your word?) for the mind and spirit.
"Claudia Diltz Bio-Energetic jewelry" which helps balance the body and protect it from negative EMF'S.
In addition, we share with you some amazing impact supplements from Tranont.
Many of our services are also offered for your family pet's and/or livestock.

At Lotus Wellness Center LLC, we believe that everyone has the ability to heal themselves. Our goal is to help our clients tap into their inner wisdom and access their own innate healing powers. We approach each session with compassion, respect, and a deep understanding of the mind-body-spirit connection. Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that true healing occurs when we address the root cause of our physical, emotional, and spiritual imbalances.
We also believe that animals are affected by the same stresses that we are, and that they too can create blockages in their spines causing disease. For this reason, we also offer our services for animals.
